Our association with Swan began with a chance meeting with John Irving and Pat Lilley in Hamble Village in 1981. Since then we have worked closely with Nautor UK and have built up a relationship that benefits them, ourselves, and most importantly, our clients.

The company offers all the back office services needed to run a large yacht, we are also known for VAT expertise and extensive corporate ownership programme.

PAS has had a long and close relationship with Nautor's Swan in Finland and over the years has gained a reputation for innovation and flexibility and has seen many clients stay with us when changing boats.

Our vessel management services offer yacht registration, management, VAT planning, insurance, crew payroll, financial management and a range of other services.

We provide the corporate vehicles necessary to set up the ownership and asset protection structure and can assist with build contracts and assignment of contracts.

We work closely with all parties and support service companies to ensure that the demands of our clients are met.  We enjoy a good working relationship with the Isle of Man Marine Administration and Customs Authorities.
