Large yachts have paid crew.  No individual wants to be an “employer” with all the latest regulations to understand and follow.

In general we believe that where there are crews they should be employed via a company.  As with ownership it separates the individual from the liabilities and responsibilities but provides a secure environment for the crew.

We do not recommend that the same corporate vehicle be used for the crew as for the ownership.
